Motorola PRO Android 2.2 powered smartphone lands in Europe

Motorola just announced Motorola Pro Android powered smartphone in Europe. The device optimized for business use by include a QWERTY keyboard designed, security and productivity tools that consumers and businesses alike require.

The Motorola PRO powered by Android 2.2 features a 1 GHz processor with 2 GB internal memory and expandable external memory with SD card up to 32 GB, as well as 3G mobile hotspot support for up to five other Wi-Fi-enabled devices/laptops. The business smartphone also includes integrated VPN, QuickOffice pre-loaded and email support (Corporate Sync, Gmail, POP3/IMAP embedded, Push Email, Yahoo Mail).

“Consumers above all need choice to meet the needs of work and play and Motorola PRO strengthens Motorola Mobility’s position as the leading provider of Android devices. We don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach,” said Andrew Morley, vice president of marketing, international markets, Motorola Mobility. “In addition, employees and IT departments have made it clear that they want other options and solutions and Motorola PRO meets this need.”

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 and Galaxy S 2 pictures leak out ahead of Barcelona event

Now we are pleased to report that we have received even more images of Samsung Galaxy S 2 and Samsung’s 10.1-inch Honeycomb tablet. The folks at Samsung Hub, Samsung has officially confirmed both devices. Now Samsung wasn’t issued any type of formal statement, but I would say there attractive girls holding up none other than the Samsung Galaxy S 2 and the Galaxy Tab 2.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 will feature a 10.1-inch 1280 x 800 display, Android 3.0 Honeycomb, dual surround sound speakers, 8 MP camera with full HD video and a front-facing camera. While the Galaxy S 2 will have 1 GHz dual-core processor, Android 2.3 Gingerbread, 4.3-inch Super AMOLED display, HSPA+, Bluetooth 3.0 + High Speed, 8 MP camera with full HD video record, an incredible 8.49 mm thickness and weigh 4.09 ounces.

LG Optimus 3D shown off in video

LG Optimus 3D is expected to be the world’s first Android smartphone with a glasses-free 3D display which show three-dimensional pictures that appeared in a teaser video. It also has dual-lens camera that will let you record 3D video.

Other than having a 3D screen and a dual camera, the Optimus 3D will feature Wi-Fi, DLNA, HDMI-out, and a dual-core processor.

The new Optimus 3D is expected to be announced at MWC on the morning of Monday 14 February.
